This is an excellent museum. A fascinating record of former railway history and associated activities. The staff and volunteers who are responsible for its creation and maintenance are to be congratulated.

Great Museum, especially if you like railways, as I do, but also has a very good selection of our life is items relating including hospital/ambulance equipment, carriages/Road vehicles. Well maintained by a voluntary staff, very clean and tidy, toilet facilities are available.
