The taxi drivers are nice and friendly. But every single time I call for a taxi I'm told that it will take half an hour. More often than not I have to call again after half an hour to find out that I'll need to wait longer. This company used to be decent, but the last few weeks it's been down hill. And the person taking phone calls is pretty damn rude.
Ben phoned to let me know that my 6.30am flight was delayed by 45 minutes and would I like to change my taxi booking to a later time to avoid hanging around the airport unnecessarily. The call was greatly appreciated, and I changed the booking to a later time.
told me they were on their way when i called them.. 1 hour later i called them again.... they just said they were on their way again and should be there shortly 30 minutes later.... i called the Indepence taxi service and they came 15 minutes after i called! last time ill ever try with Yellow Cabs haha

I would like to be contacted on a issue that we had with a cab tonight.The cab smelt like cigarettes and when putting in a complaint i was told I was drunk. Sorry my hus a d may of has a few buy i was not.Can i please be contacted.
