Perhaps they were short staffed, but our experience was one of hanging around for over an hour to pick up a reserved (by NRMA) vehicle which was now no longer available. I suspect they had run our of vehicles and we were lucky that one of the two couples waiting behind us was returning one. The person answering the "we are delivering a car, back soon" number was not helpful. I would suggest looking else where.
