Very rude staff, would not come and speak to me and my partner about buying furniture, they say shop local but when you get staff like this you wonder why you buy from away. Bit of advice stay away from vine's furniture and buy online or away.
Nice people good service
Poor quality goods at top prices. Faults in everything we have purchased. No help from staff... they didn't want to know us after we paid. We purchased scotch guarding on our sofa... we paid but it was not done. Purchased florring and paid them to install same... glue and bubbles everywhere. We were then abused by the guy that laid the flooring because he had to come back. Job still wasn't fixed properly. Rip offs.
