I found Tracy who I think owns the salon to be one of the best hair cutters I have come across. I live in Sydney and was passing through Broken Hill, Luckily I stumbled across the Hair Strand. If only I could get a fantastic cut here in Sydney without paying over $100 for it, even when I do pay $100 or more here the cuts are nowhere near as good as Tracy.
